At BizRevive, we specialize in custom-programmed NFC solutions. Because each order is tailored to your business, we follow a specific dispatch and shipping process.
1. SHIPPING RATES
• STANDARD SHIPPING: FREE on all orders Australia-wide.
• EXPRESS SHIPPING: $15.00 Flat Rate.
2. DISPATCH & PROGRAMMING TIME
As per our Terms and Conditions, all products involve custom encoding.
• DISPATCH WINDOW: Orders are typically programmed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• ACCURACY: We program NFC chips exactly as per the information you provide. Please ensure your links are correct at checkout.
3. DELIVERY VIA AUSTRALIA POST
We primarily use Australia Post to deliver our products. Once dispatched, estimated arrival times are:
• STANDARD SHIPPING: 3–7 business days.
• EXPRESS SHIPPING: 1–3 business days.
4. CARRIER DELAYS
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES ARE ESTIMATES ONLY and may be affected by carrier delays, peak periods, or events beyond our control.
5. ADDRESS ACCURACY
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE for providing correct shipping details at checkout. BizRevive is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer. This ensures we can get your order to the right place the first time.
6. TRACKING & TRANSIT ISSUES
• TRACKING: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.
• LOSS OR DAMAGE: If an item is lost or damaged in transit (as confirmed by Australia Post), we will replace it at no extra cost to you.
• DELIVERY: Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier confirms delivery to your provided address.
