REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At BizRevive, we stand behind the quality of our custom NFC products. Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and fully compliant with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

 

1. PROOF OF PURCHASE

To complete any return or warranty claim, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. We cannot process any requests without a verified record of the transaction.

 

2. 30-DAY CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

 

We offer a voluntary 30-day return window for customers who change their mind. To be eligible for a refund, the following strict conditions apply:

• PACKAGING: The product must be returned in its original packaging.

• PLASTIC FILM: The protective plastic film must be intact and unpeeled.

• CONDITION: Products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

• VOID RETURNS: Any evidence of tampering, peeling the film, or use will void the return.

• SHIPPING: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

 

3. LIFETIME CHIP WARRANTY

 

We provide a Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing defects in the NFC chip’s functionality.

• COVERAGE: Failure of the chip to scan on compatible devices due to manufacturing faults.

• EXCLUSIONS: This warranty excludes physical damage (cracks, breakage, snaps), misuse, or normal wear and tear.

• EVIDENCE: To claim, you must provide video evidence showing the product’s physical condition and the failure to scan on a compatible device.

 

4. CUSTOM PROGRAMMING & DATA

 

• ACCURACY: Because our products are custom-encoded, we do not offer refunds for errors in the links or business data provided by the customer at checkout.

• THIRD-PARTY CHANGES: We are not liable for changes or restrictions made by third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Instagram, Facebook) that affect link functionality after delivery.

 

5. HOW TO START A RETURN

 

To initiate a return or warranty claim, please follow these steps:


  1. EMAIL US: Contact info@bizrevive.com.au with your proof of purchase or receipt.
  2. DOCUMENTATION: For warranty claims, include video evidence of the scan failure.
  3. AUTHORIZATION: Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and address.


 

6. REFUNDS


Once your return is received and inspected to ensure the original packaging and film are intact, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
